JOB SUMMARY

Boostlingo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance analyst to join our Language Access team. The Quality Assurance analyst will be responsible for evaluating interpreter performance during live and recorded interpretation calls to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to established standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the quality of interpretation services provided by Boostlingo.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Listen to recorded interpretation calls and evaluate interpreter performance based on established criteria. 
• Provide detailed feedback based on given metrics, industry best practices, and adherence to the Boostlingo Interpreter Code of Conduct.  
• Identify trends and patterns in interpreter performance and provide insights to management for continuous improvement. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and update quality assurance guidelines and training materials. 
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. 
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations and performance metrics. 
• Other related tasks as deemed necessary.  

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of interpretation experience required, nationally certified interpreter preferred 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional and supportive manner. 
• Familiarity with interpretation industry standards and best practices. 
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
