Wir bringen Einwander:innen und Senior:innen zusammen, um den generationsübergreifenden und interkulturellen Austausch zu fördern und die Einsamkeit zu überwinden.

• Erstelle schriftliche Inhalte für Social Media, die die Organisation angemessen repräsentieren.
• Recherche nach Bedarf.
• Schlage Ideen vor, um unsere Community damit zu fesseln.
• Kollaboriere mit den Abteilungen PR und Marketing beim Brainstorming und bei der Entwicklung einer Vielzahl von Marketing-Materialien.

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache (mind. Niveau C1).
• Zeitengagement: ca. 5 Stunden/Woche - Für wie lange? Mindestens 6 Monate.
• Wohnort: München oder Remote.
• Ist eine Schulung erforderlich? Ja, sie dauert 1 Stunde.
• Welche Kompetenzen müssen Freiwillige mitbringen, um teilnehmen zu können? Digitales Marketing, Kommunikation, Marketing, Schreiben, Social Media.

Leb Bunt e.V. is a German non-profit organisation that promotes intercultural togetherness and elderly care at the same time. Our project consists of three components: shared activities, a tandem program, and community events for immigrants. Shared activities include walks, game nights, cultural evenings, and discussion rounds where both groups can meet, exchange ideas, and break down stereotypes. To build lasting relationships, the tandem program pairs a senior and an immigrant based on common interests, hobbies, and location, aiming to improve their German and foreign language skills.
