Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Resolve customer issues, including billing inquiries, account updates, and service requests. Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs. Educate customers on American Express products, services, and benefits. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a similar role preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems. Additional Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
