You will be responsible for assisting clients through the mortgage process, learning the ins and outs of loan origination, and building relationships with customers and referral partners. Duties Learn and understand the mortgage products and services offered by the company. Assist clients with the mortgage application process, providing guidance and ensuring a smooth experience. Build relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners. Review and verify loan applications, financial documents, and credit reports. Educate borrowers on loan products, rates, and terms. Maintain strong communication throughout the loan process, keeping clients informed and updated. Meet sales and production goals set by the company. Complete all necessary paperwork and follow up on loan status to ensure timely processing and closing. Requirements No prior experience necessary we will provide full training! Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the mortgage industry. Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
