Qualifications: • Experience in SBA or commercial real estate lending. • Knowledge of the U.S. commercial real estate market. Recent projects include: • $1.5M gas station portfolio in Texas. • $2.2M stand-alone bank branch in Chicago. • $3.6M 18-unit multifamily in San Francisco.
