For more information, visit www.ShiftKey.com. The role As a Data Verification Specialist, you will act as a critical gatekeeper for licensure and documentation. You’ll not only confirm that healthcare professionals meet U.S. state requirements but also verify vaccination compliance. Additionally, you’ll review and maintain accurate work logs to ensure all hours are properly recorded. This blend of administrative oversight, compliance verification, and data management requires attention to detail, the ability to handle sensitive information, and strong collaborative skills. Where you’ll work This position requires residence in Poland. You will have the flexibility to work remotely or from our Warsaw office - the choice is yours. What you’ll be doing • Reviewing licenses and verifying that each healthcare professional’s documentation is complete. • Confirming that all required vaccinations are completed during the onboarding and credentialing process. • Reviewing and verifying work logs to ensure an accurate reflection of hours worked. What you’ll need • Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM and one day each weekend (day may vary) is required. • Strong attention to detail. • Proficiency in English. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. • Capacity to perform well under pressure. • Willingness to work on a Mac computer and within Google Workspace. • Familiarity with handling time-sensitive materials and maintaining confidentiality. • Prior experience in a similar role is a strong plus.
