We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team in-house at our office. This role is essential in helping us maintain accurate financial records, manage payroll, and ensure all business expenses are properly categorized.

Responsibilities

Process and manage payroll accurately and on time. Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring all business expenses are properly labeled and categorized. Reconcile accounts and assist with preparing financial statements. Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and recommendations. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of payroll systems and tax requirements. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information. Additional Information • Location: This is an in-house position at our office; remote work is not available. • Hours: Flexible part-time hours, with the expectation to be present during agreed-upon times. • Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience. • Start Date: Immediate availability preferred.
