About the position The Associate Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting at Humana plays a crucial role in analyzing and forecasting financial and economic data to support strategic and operational decisions. This position focuses on providing accurate and timely information, establishing metrics, and conducting data analyses to enhance business intelligence. The role is particularly centered on the Medicare Advantage sector, collaborating closely with Utilization Management leadership to develop analytics for home health and skilled nursing facility programs. Responsibilities Perform studies involving modeling financial impacts and making financial projections related to the UM program. , Evaluate and continually monitor the overall performance of the UM program and explain the drivers of that performance. , Identify opportunities where the UM program can improve by using analytics.
