Responsibilities: The purpose of this position is to provide customer support to resolve system issues, process system transactions, conduct system checks, provide system access and perform updates to various maintenance files. Provides customer support pertaining to maintenance, processing, and issuance of automated insurance transactions including interaction with other SS and IT partners to develop solutions for front-end and back-end processing errors.
