Key Responsibilities : Review and verify mortgage loan applications for accuracy and completeness. Collect and organize necessary documentation from borrowers, including income verification, credit reports, and other financial information. Work closely with loan officers and underwriters to ensure compliance with lending policies and guidelines. Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, address inquiries, and provide updates throughout the loan process. Submit complete and accurate loan packages to underwriters for approval. Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan process. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and regulations
Qualifications
