UX Research Operations

At U.S. Bank Corp, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our User Experience Research team as UX Research Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and curating user experience research data to ensure that the research team has the resources to support their work. We are seeking an individual with strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for data. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, human-computer interaction, design, or a related field, as well as a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a user experience research or data analytics role. Responsibilities: Manage user experience research data, including collecting, analyzing, and curating data. Develop and maintain organizational systems and processes to ensure efficient retrieval and utilization of research data. Create reports and presentations to present research findings to the research team and other stakeholders. Collaborate with the research team to develop research plans, review research results, and make recommendations for improvement. Develop metrics and measures to track progress and success of user experience research initiatives. Stay abreast of UX trends and best practices to ensure that the research team is leveraging the most effective strategies. Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure that research results are effectively communicated and actionable insights are generated.
