We are looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Receptionist/Legal Intake Specialist to join our boutique virtual receptionist service for law firms in the U.S. and Canada. Law firms invest in Back Office Betties to provide their callers with a world-class customer service experience, which means we must continually be the best at what we do. That’s where you come in! As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will be the first impression and the voice of the law firms we serve. Your role will involve answering calls, scheduling appointments, handling FAQs, taking messages, and transferring calls—all while providing exceptional service to potential and existing clients. No legal experience is required—we provide all the training you need to succeed! A Day in the Life • Handle 90-120 calls per day for various law firms. • Adapt quickly—each call is different! You may speak to a potential new client for a criminal attorney one moment and an opposing counsel the next. • Work in a fast-paced, supportive environment with a dynamic team that loves teamwork (and a great GIF game!). • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to every caller. What We’re Looking For • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required • Pay rate: $19/hr • 40-hour availability, Monday-Friday between 5 AM-5 PM PST • High attention to detail and strong customer service skills • Ability to problem-solve quickly and communicate confidently • Quiet home office setup (background noise such as pets or children may lead to termination) • Stable, high-speed internet (75+ MBPS required) (CenturyLink, Verizon & T-Mobile are banned due to unreliability) • Wired Ethernet connection (WiFi is not allowed for security reasons) Perks & Benefits • No weekends!
