Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize Shopify and Amazon platforms, oversee email marketing campaigns, and support our financial and fulfillment operations. Responsibilities • Shopify/Amazon - Manage and update product listings, handle app integrations, oversee advertising campaigns, account health, and resolve performance issues. • Klaviyo - Schedule, create, and analyze email campaigns, providing insights for optimization and improved performance. • Monitor order processing, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and resolve pricing discrepancies. • Handle customer inquiries per day. • Quickbooks - Record and categorize financial transactions, reconcile bank statements, and generate financial reports. • Analyze and report on e-commerce store performance, email campaigns, and advertising metrics. • Identify trends and recommend actions for improvement. Requirements • Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application • Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and app integrations. • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, training provided). • Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting tools. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Background in digital marketing and performance optimization. • Experience using fulfillment center dashboards (e.g., ShipBob). • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (minimum speed of 25 Mbps) Hardware Requirements • At least a 720p HD Webcam. • A noise-canceling headset. • At least a 25mbps primary internet connection. • A backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies. • Minimum recommendation for your main computer: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher • Minimum recommended for your backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM Compensation and Benefits • Earn a competitive hourly rate, which can be up to PHP 42,500 per month, based on experience. • Work from home • Bonuses and incentives • Paid training Apply Job!
