Mortgage Underwriters - Private Loan Modification Audits from HOME

MAKE EXTRA MONEY NOW! We are looking for experienced mortgage underwriters with government and conventional mortgage underwriting experience, to help us with private loan modification auditing. Similar to HAMP but perhaps less stringent. You will do the reviews according to our protocol checklist and will submit your results on an Excel worksheet, one per loan file. You will look for lack of single point of contact, late notices for loans in default, general discrepancies, missing mod documentation, and indications of fraud or compliance issues. You can do as many as you like per week. We will pay you on a per file basis, and for this project the compensation averages $100 per single file audit. If you could complete at least one audit a day, this job is perfect for you. This is a great opportunity for work at home extra income. We have hundreds of QC clients all over the country. Each auditing assignment will be different. We pride ourselves in the use of humans, not algorithms. Humans catch nuances, which many times mean higher risk for the owner of the mortgage loan.
