Responsibilities • Sort incoming mail and handle mail scans, forwards, member notifications, pickups, and drop-offs. , • Provide member and guest service relations, including phone answering and call forwarding. , • Perform light office maintenance, such as tidying the kitchen area and sanitizing surfaces. , • Become a notary public, with costs covered by the employer. , • Assist with additional projects like client database management, key log audits, tech closet organization, and data entry.
