Litigation Attorney - WA Barred (100% REMOTE)

Well-established Washington state Personal Injury Firm is seeking a litigation attorney to join their growing team. This position would present an exceptional opportunity to handle all aspects of personal injury cases alongside experienced and effective litigators. The candidate must possess extensive knowledge of procedural laws and ethics and should demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. This position can be up to 100% remote for candidates living and actively licensed in Washington State. Key Responsibilities: Manage personal injury cases from initial client meeting to settlement, litigation or trial. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, responses, and settlement agreements. Successfully negotiate case settlements, engaging with claim adjustors, and structuring settlement documents. Attend court proceedings including, but not limited to, hearings, trials, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations when necessary. Collaborate with senior attorneys, associates, paralegals, legal assistants to ensure streamlined work processes. Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000, with a bonus structure based on collected fees of settled cases. Benefits available with this position include medical premiums 100% covered by employer; participation in the company's 401K retirement plan, paid time off and paid holidays. Active admission to the state bar. Minimum of one year of recent experience in personal injury law. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
