The Implementation Manager will build relationships with hospital leadership to ensure corporate and local initiatives are incorporated into future implementations. After each go-live, the Implementation Manager will oversee a comprehensive handoff to the Production Support team, ensuring a successful transition of support for the hospital. The Implementation Manager will supervise performance of all analysts on their team, which is comprised of the applications in their domain (Revenue Cycle). #LI-AS1 #remote • Six (6) or more years of applicable work experience required. • Minimum five (5) years of experience working with electronic medical record required. • Experience leading an Epic implementation required. • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred. • Minimum four (4) years of experience with an integrated healthcare information system preferred. • Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management preferred. • Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred. • Experience leading large teams. • Strong communication and organizational skills. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $88,171.20 to $158,662.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
