General Accountant (Microsoft dynamics 365)

As a General Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, data entry, and reconciliations. Responsibilities • Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement analysis. • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. • Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and procedures. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and decision-making processes. • Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems, processes, and controls. • Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting regulations and industry best practices. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Expert in Excel, Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Index and match • Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting or related roles. • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions. • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in a remote work environment is a plus. • Be able to read and research expenses to allocate to correct GL accounts • 2+ Years with Microsoft GP • Strong English
