Loan Closer - Bilingual (Chinese/English)

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities: • Review title report and insurance • Perform final verifications of employment, income and assets. • Prepare mortgage Closing Disclosures • Prepare closing documents • Coordinate distribution of closing documents to all parties, including borrowers, attorneys, property agents, and title agents • Ensure documents are completed and submitted promptly • Post-closing quality control review of completed closing packages Qualifications: 2 Year College Degree Minimum. 2 Year Experience in closing mortgage loans Minimum. -Abacus Federal Savings Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
