Claims Officer, Cyber Claims

Investigate and evaluate cyber claims to determine coverage and liability. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and evidence for claims handling. Utilize expertise in claims handling to accurately assess damages and negotiate settlements. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the claims process. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in cyber risks to effectively handle claims. Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims and communicate updates to relevant parties. Conduct thorough investigations to identify potential fraud or suspicious activity. Prepare and present reports on claim status and trends to management. Act as a subject matter expert on cyber risks and claims handling for both internal and external stakeholders. Continuously improve and streamline claims processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations. Collaborate with underwriting and risk management teams to provide insights and recommendations for risk mitigation strategies. Assist with training and mentoring new team members.
