Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Commercial Title Officer to join its Reno, NV office. As a Commercial Title Officer you will utilize underwriting standards and guidelines within delegated authority limits, to underwrite the issuance of commercial title insurance. FNF is a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. Duties Duties include review of attorney title comment letters, underwriting of proforma and endorsement requests, mapping legal descriptions, survey reviews. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience • Recent commercial title officer experience. • Strong understanding of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of real estate title and settlement process. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and timely follow up. • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to collaborate and act decisively; build relationships internally and externally.
