Responsibilities Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. , Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. , Process customer policy change requests. , Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. , Generate insurance quotes. , Provide exceptional customer service and support. , Build outstanding relationships. Requirements A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. , Strong work ethic and leadership skills. , Strong communication skills, both oral and written. , Driven and goal-oriented individual. , Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies. Nice-to-haves Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial. , No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
