Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to K-12 students through a virtual classroom setting. Maintain consistent attendance and uphold a high level of professionalism. Collaborate with a Classroom Coach to enhance classroom management and student engagement. Adapt to various teaching assignments, accommodating classes that commence throughout the semester. Ensure a reliable internet connection and a professional teaching environment to facilitate seamless instruction. Required Skills A strong passion for teaching and a commitment to educational excellence. Ability to think critically and adapt to changing classroom dynamics. Excellent communication abilities to foster a positive learning experience for students. Strong organizational skills to maintain a structured and professional teaching atmosphere.
Qualifications
An active and verifiable German teaching certification in the U.S. A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Experience in teaching K-12 students, demonstrating adaptability in various educational settings. Willingness to pursue teaching reciprocity in one or more states. Availability for at least three consecutive hours daily, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 4 PM EST. A laptop or desktop equipped with high-speed internet is required.

Compensation
And Benefits This is a 1099 contract position (no benefits provided or taxes withheld). Competitive hourly pay ranging from (28.80 to )31.20 for all teaching hours, with guaranteed additional compensation for administrative tasks outside of the classroom. Flexible part-time hours, typically between 10-20 teaching hours per week, with the autonomy to create your own schedule. Enjoy the flexibility of teaching remotely from your own home, with new classes commencing anytime between August and February.
