Responsibilities: • Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions online in subjects such as Math, Science, English, History, or other areas of expertise. • Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback. • Develop personalized lesson plans and materials based on the individual needs of each student. • Provide support with homework, test preparation, and study skills. • Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment. • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress and areas for improvement. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one (preferred but not required). • Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is a plus. • Proficiency in subjects you wish to tutor (Math, Science, English, etc.). • Comfortable using online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly. • Patience and passion for helping students succeed. • Must be available to work during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM EST).
