Online Public Speaking Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Public Speaking Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication and public speaking, with the ability to inspire and guide individuals in developing their speaking skills. This role involves working with clients of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced speakers, helping them to enhance their confidence, clarity, and effectiveness in delivering presentations. Responsibilities • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops focused on public speaking techniques. • Assess clients’ current speaking abilities and develop personalized coaching plans to meet their specific needs. • Provide constructive feedback on clients’ presentations, including body language, vocal delivery, and content organization. • Teach effective storytelling techniques to engage audiences and convey messages powerfully. • Help clients prepare for various speaking engagements, including speeches, presentations, and interviews. • Stay updated on current trends in public speaking and incorporate best practices into coaching sessions. • Foster a supportive environment that encourages growth and self-expression among clients. Skills • Strong background in public speaking or communication; experience as a speaker or trainer is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. • Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback that promotes improvement. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and coaching sessions effectively. • A degree from a university is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will also be considered. • Familiarity with various presentation tools and technologies is a plus.
