Bilingual Office Executive Assistant- LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR

Job Summary We are a contracting landscaping business seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Office Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong organizational skills, computer skills, Microsoft office proficient and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Duties • Manage telephone calls; must answer, screen and forward calls, • providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments. • Perform administrative support tasks operating QuickBooks and programs to work with billing reports, invoices, balance sheets, and other documents on Google Suite. • Billing clients and HOA's • Drafting estimates • Create routes for the workforce • Support team members with various tasks as required to enhance productivity. • Requirements • Must be fluent in Spanish • Experience in the landscaping field is a plus • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Proficient in computers, including Google Suite • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience with calendar management and scheduling • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
