Customer Service Support Representative (Remote/WFH) - Hiring Now

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Some college or relevant certifications are a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with working independently and managing your time effectively. Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries at once. A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet access. Must be located in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, or online support). Experience with chat-based support systems.
