We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. This role involves updating and maintaining information in our company databases and computer systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our data and supporting company operations. This is a remote position, suitable for candidates across the USA. Our ideal candidate has exceptional data entry skills, including fast typing, attention to detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Working closely with a Data Manager and the data team, you will be expected to uphold data integrity and security policies. Key Responsibilities: Enter customer and account data from source documents within set deadlines. Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and ensure outputs are accurate. Research and gather additional information for incomplete or unclear documents. Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents as required. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security protocols. Respond to queries regarding data and provide access to relevant files when necessary. Ensure proper maintenance and operation of office equipment, addressing malfunctions as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in a data entry role, such as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entry programs. Strong familiarity with administrative tasks and processes. Ability to use office equipment, including fax machines and scanners. Fast and accurate typing skills. Excellent command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality. A high school diploma or equivalent (additional computer training or certification is a plus). Preferred Skills: Familiarity with database management systems.
