Key Responsibilities: • Efficiently receive and process orders • Track all orders using delivery software • Analyze clothing for alteration preparation • Provide customer service via phone calls, returns processing, and online support • Create invoices accurately • Perform quality control for alterations • Collaborate with a cheerful team • Handle online order logistics • Professionally communicate with customers in person, by telephone, Zoom, and email • Document online orders with photography and CRM software Requirements: • High school diploma or GED certificate • Physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency with Google tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar • Attention to detail • Knowledge of CRM and project management software: Asana and HubSpot If you are an upbeat individual with a desire to grow in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply and become a valuable member of our team at Tad More Tailoring.
