About the Role
This is a full-time role requiring just 30 hours per week, offering amazing medical and dental benefits at a low cost. MUST have an Illinois address What You'll Do: Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails. Troubleshoot and resolve CNC-related issues remotely. Provide technical guidance on CNC machine centers and equipment such as Amada, Mazak, Makino, Haas, Doosan, DMG, Kitamura, Fanuc, and related equipment. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients. What You Bring: Extensive experience with CNC machinery and equipment listed above. Strong troubleshooting skills for CNC machine centers.
