Investor Support Specialist (Remote, Part-Time, Flexible Schedule, 1099)

Role Summary The purpose of this role is to help BiggerPockets? members find an investor-friendly agent or lender based on their market and investment strategy. This is a remote position and your services will be provided through texting, phone calls and zoom sessions with our members. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people on the phone and has a genuine interest in helping BiggerPockets? investors succeed. Key Role Responsibilities ? Provide a high level of specialized support to our members who are seeking to find an agent or lender. ? Communicate with investors directly via SMS. ? Schedule and take calls with BiggerPockets members. ? Naturally engage with investors and learn about their strategies and market. ? Document detailed notes for following up. ? Manage a calendar of appointments and a phone line for direct calls. About You ? At least 2 years of work experience ? preferably in a customer service or a communications environment. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Experience using various channels for delivering customer support, including phone, email, live chat, and CRM software. ? Experience in Real Estate preferred. ? A growth mindset and willingness to be flexible when needed.
Compensation
