Responsibilities • Input and update data into various databases and systems with precision and accuracy. • Transcribe information from physical documents into digital formats while ensuring data integrity. • Collect and organize data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting purposes. • Utilize Excel to create spreadsheets, including the use of pivot tables for data manipulation. • Maintain organized files, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy retrieval of information as needed. • Perform basic math calculations to verify data accuracy when necessary. • Assist in the development of efficient data entry processes and procedures to enhance productivity. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on data entry or administrative tasks is preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables and other advanced functions. • Basic math skills for verifying numerical data accuracy. • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy in transcribing information. • Familiarity with data collection methods and best practices for maintaining data integrity. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
