Key Responsibilities Partner with client managers to identify staffing requirements and provide updates on applicant status. Guide drivers through the application process with clients/carriers, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately. Organize and schedule orientations, overseeing travel arrangements, accommodation, and addressing any unforeseen issues. Execute administrative tasks and assist with team needs as necessary. Required Skills Strong communication abilities. Capability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Customer service experience is advantageous. Prior experience in recruiting or logistics is beneficial, though not mandatory. Qualifications No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. Availability during standard business hours is essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
