Our Entry Level Management Duties: Develop an in-depth understanding of our company values, clients, products, service offerings, and marketing strategies Ensure complete customer satisfaction by greeting customers in a friendly, engaging manner, and provide a legendary experience to each individual Recommend and promote products to customers based on their specific needs Remain consistent with meeting personal sales targets, as well as looking for opportunities to impact fellow teammates to exceed their own individual goals Consistently display exceptional leadership actions and sustain high personal and team standards Acquire new skills by cross-training in all departments of customer service, sales, and marketing Track and notate sales interactions, follow-ups, and schedule appointments Our Entry Level Management Qualifications: Prior experience as a team lead, manager, client relations, sales agent, or supervisor is a plus Degree in Management, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Persistent, punctual, and professional Ability to embrace complex obstacles and adapt quickly to change Results-oriented, attention to detail, and exceptional time management abilities Ability to motivate and drive team members to exceed daily goals Superior work ethic with the ability to excel independently and collaboratively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Schedule: Day shift Work Location: On the road Apply Job!
