You'll be the bridge between our organization and mobile home parks, identifying opportunities to acquire and revitalize communities. Key Responsibilities: • Outreach and Engagement • Conduct targeted outreach to mobile home parks using online search strategies (e.g., Google). • Build relationships with park representatives by following a provided script and adapting your communication to the park’s unique needs. • Maintain a professional and persuasive demeanor during all interactions. • Thorough Documentation • Accurately record critical details for each contact, including park name, address, phone number, contact name, and a summary of the conversation. • Submit daily reports to management, ensuring they include the required documentation and your shift start and end times. • Time Management Excellence • Work in structured intervals (20 minutes on, 10 minutes off) to maintain peak productivity throughout your shift. • Collaboration with Management • Share insights and updates from your outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
