Role Description This is a remote contract role for an Online Independent Contractor Substitute Teacher at AEIO. The Substitute Teacher will be responsible for getting approved by the online delivery platform, reviewing all materials to properly instruct the class, asking any clarifying questions to ensure understanding of the class and expectations, delivering the information, providing an elite and engaging experience for the participants, and delivering the follow up messaging in the online platform to participants and their families. Qualifications Lesson Planning, Teaching, and Training skills Strong background in Education and effective Communication Experience in delivering engaging educational content remotely, pre-service and early service educators are encouraged to apply Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit students' needs Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Prior experience in online teaching or tutoring is a plus Qualifed lived experience or degree in teaching, leadership, or instructional delivery Apply Job!
