Job Title: Remote Call Center Agent (Outbound/Inbound) Job Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM (Various shifts) Salary: $14.00 per hour Benefits: Available after 60 days for full-time employees Job Overview We are in search of committed and customer-focused service representatives to become an integral part of our remote workforce. In this position, you will deliver outstanding customer service solutions to our esteemed clients on a daily basis. Your role will involve consistently making outbound calls for diverse programs and projects, accurately documenting all customer interactions, and upholding the integrity of company policies and procedures.
