Job Summary: Penske's Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer position requires a great deal of attention to detail, as you will be responsible for ensuring each vehicle is fueled and cleaned to our high standards. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Offer assistance with car maintenance duties like filling up gas and cleaning, all while ensuring a satisfying experience. • Conduct meticulous readiness assessments of vehicles, ensuring that essential maintenance needs, such as the condition of tires and fluids, are fully addressed. • Foster an environment that promotes cleanliness and safety, giving both patrons and staff a sense of security. • Improve your skill set by taking part in coaching and training services that teach you how to perform slight repairs and upkeep jobs. • Fulfill given projects and tasks as directed by the higher authorities. • With the right tractor/trailer assignments, companies can minimize operational costs and streamline their logistics operations. • The connection and disconnection of commercial trucks is vital to ensure the right tractor is attached to the relevant trailer. • Facilitate the smooth coordination of trailer movements by ensuring the prompt delivery of empty trailers to loading docks and the efficient relocation of loaded trailers to staging areas. • Maintaining the required cleanliness and appearance standards would call for washing and detailing of not less than 15 units per week.
