Sr Technical Support Assistant

Talascend is currently seeking a Sr Technical Support Assistant for a contract opportunity located in Phoenix, AZ. Schedule: 1st Shift - Flexible hours. Hybrid Role - 3 days Onsite/2 Remote. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. • Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Performs a variety of complicated tasks. • May lead and direct the work of others. • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Must have Linux and Window server administration hands-on experience. • 4-6 years experience. • May require an associate's degree in a related area and related experience and able to show proven capabilities in the field or in a related area. • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. #ind We thank all applicants for their interest.
