Required Skills Proficient computer skills for data input. Capability to multitask and operate with dual monitors. Exemplary customer service abilities. A positive attitude and a sincere desire to assist others. Qualifications Prior experience in medical insurance is essential. Experience in a medical call center is desirable but not mandatory.
