Mail and Chat Agent
We are hiring now Mail and chat agents for Dimofinf (Arabic account) : Job description : You are gonna be responsible for handling clients concerns and questions via mails or our system. You are gonna sell some of our products to the customers that you handled. Reply and respond to all Tickets on our System Requirements : It is a hosting company so you should have at least 1 year technical experience ex orange or WE. Expereince as a customer service for at least 2 years English level at least very good Max age is 30 Sales experience is preferred Nasr city or Misr el Gdeda residents or shoubra Misr or Fifth of settlement or Hadaya Elzaytoun preferred Grads only Males and Females are welcomed to apply Work Conditions : Rotational shifts from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm which is work from office or from 5.30 PM to 2.00 AM work from home 2 Days off fixed but it changes every month Work from office in Nasr city Training one month paid Company Benefits : Career path Career path Medical and social insurance provided.
