Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in outreach efforts to inform potential program participants about the program and its prerequisites.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of program activities, ensuring data is entered into required databases.
  • Provide research assistance as needed to support the executive team.
  • Ensure the workspace is well-equipped with necessary supplies for seamless operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members on diverse projects.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum of 1 year of office experience, showcasing strong writing and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized, with the capability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a collaborative work environment, including remote teamwork, is advantageous.
  • A clean driving record is required.
