Compensation
Structure Pay will be based on your experience and the specific budget of the district, generally averaging between $45 and $50 per hour. Essential Qualifications A Masters degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Adaptive Education is required. Valid certification in Adaptive Physical Education from the California Department of Education is mandatory. National certification is a plus but not essential. Experience with online teaching is preferred but not required. VocoVision Contractor Expectations Candidates must have their own liability insurance and be comfortable working as independent contractors. A reliable home computer with high-speed internet access is essential for effective teaching. All candidates must pass a basic technology screening to ensure they are equipped for virtual instruction.
