Cisco Networking with (Audio/Video)Conferencing

Client: STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited Full-time Employment with STL SkillsTitle: Experience majoring in Networking & have some exposure working on Conferencing. Location: Noida Exp:4+yrs. Job Requirement: Network/Telecom Administration – This person would be responsible to provide operational support for our Cisco IP Telephony and Video Conferencing infrastructure (Cisco+Dolby+MTR+BlueJeans+Zoom). Integrated rooms with Crestron control systems + DM Switcher & Biamp DSP, Multiple cameras, Extenders etc. This includes incident management through SNOW, basic Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and liaising with vendor or internal L3 teams to fix hardware/software issues.Documentation –Maintain system documentation and prepare periodical reports. Technologies – Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connections, CUPS platforms, UCCE, VoIP, Audio DSPs, Video Codecs, Control systems, BlueJeans, Zoom, MS Teams, MTRoA & MTRoW systems.In Adobe we frequently change the technology we use for our... collaboration requirement, the ideal candidate should be a quick learner and capable of adapting to these changes. What you need to succeed Must have strong communication skills, both written & verbal and the ability to work in a team Day-to-day support, remote installation, configuration and troubleshooting of video conferencing equipment, perform fault and problem management to ensure services are maintained. Hands-on experience in supporting, trouble shooting and administering Cisco Call manager, Unity Connections, CUPS platforms and UCCE Good understanding of Signaling protocols like SIP, H.323, MGCP SCCP and XMPP Identify, track, and resolve problems within the AV systems that are required in an large integrated conference room. Exposure to Video Codecs from Cisco/Polycom/Crestron/Logitech/Dolby/Neat/Jabra Exposure to Audio DSPs (Bi-Amp or Polycom Sound Structure) is a plus Strong technical ability to adapt to environmental change with diverse technologies is a plus Knowledge of Monitoring tools is a plus.
