POSITION 1 OF 2: Veterans Command is seeking late afternoon/evening EXPERIENCED US-BASED MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION EDITORS. Positions are independent contractor status... About the position • Some weekend work is available but mainly Monday through Friday workload. There is not enough workload at this time for days. We need late afternoon and evening MTs!!! • Minimal straight typing accounts. These are 99% speech editing. • Must have Windows 10 or newer operating system, USB foot pedal, ability to work independently, and be a US citizen located in the United States. • To be considered, each candidate will need to have STRONG OP REPORT EXPERIENCE and a willingness to learn account specifics. Be sure to list any specialties in your resume. Qualifications • Medical transcription experience within the last 5 years • STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL • Located within the United States • Willingness to learn new accounts and help out as needed POSITION 2 OF 2: Veterans Command is seeking EXPERIENCED US-BASED LEGAL TRANSCRIPTIONISTS for ongoing projects. Positions are independent contractor status. About the Position • Projects typically consist of 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 interviews between an Interviewer and Participant • Projects have varying turnaround times. Anywhere from 3 days to 14 days • This is not a training opportunity. To be considered, all applicants MUST have transcription experience Qualifications • Typing speed of 55+ wpm • Must have strong typing and listening skills • Current legal transcription experience within the past 5 years • Team player attitude Equipment Needed • Computer with anti-virus software • Foot pedal • ExpressScribe or other transcription software • Headphones Apply Job!
