Entry Level Manager Trainee

We are looking for individuals who are customer-centric, driven, and looking to take on a new challenge to join our team as the Entry Level Manager Trainee. Our primary goal as a partner on this campaign is to spread awareness, educate consumers, and facilitate new customer acquisition. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Manager Trainee: • Work closely with senior members of the account management team in order to learn proper customer service and sales techniques, how to interact with client customers, and master all client product knowledge • Participate in both classroom and shadow-style training in order to fully understand the ins and outs of the entry level role • Meet directly with customers with the goal of building relationships, educating on client products and services, and closing sales when necessary • Learn and understand the full sales cycle and be able to complete it while following all client compliance guidelines • Keep a customer record of all interactions and be sure to report back to our client with these results in order to ensure customer records are constantly updated • Network and trade tips ad tricks with other Entry Level Manager Trainees and team members to ensure that the team is consistently moving towards the goal • Help to teach and train other members of the sales & customer service team that may be struggling Requirements of the Entry Level Manager Trainee: • High school diploma / GED • Passion for working with people, both internally and externally within our team and with customers • Driven and someone who doesn’t like to settle for themselves, someone who is constantly looking to push the envelope • Being a self-starter and not needing to be micromanaged will make a candidate stand out to us Perks of Working with our Company: • Career training and development • Diversity, equality, and inclusion • Networking opportunities • Uncapped income and competitive wages • Paid Training Job Type: Full-time Pay: $44,500.00 - $57,000.00 per year Shift: • Day shift Work Location: In person Apply Job!
