Your resourcefulness and ability to engage with clients will contribute significantly to our mission of providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. • *Responsibilities:** -

Customer Engagement:

Act as the first point of contact for customers initiating chat support, effectively communicating and understanding their inquiries, issues, and needs. -

Problem Resolution:

Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and address customer concerns promptly, providing accurate information and solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. -

Product Knowledge:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of PPL’s products, services, and policies to provide informed and accurate responses to customer queries. -

Chat Management:

Manage chat queues efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups with customers, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure. -

Documentation:

Record interactions and document issues accurately in our CRM system, highlighting recurring problems and contributing to knowledge base articles or FAQs for continuous improvement. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with other teams, including technical support and product development, to relay customer feedback and potential areas for enhancement. -

Performance Metrics:

Meet or exceed designated performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings. -

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, services, and best practices in customer service and support to enhance skills and knowledge. • *Requirements:** -

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat support environment. -

Technical Skills:

Proficient with chat support software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with technical products or services is a plus. -
