Concentrix seeks a Senior Applications and Platforms Architect to help our clients solve their most complex technology problems. This role requires a broad understanding of both solution architecture, particularly on multiple cloud hyperscalers, as well as how first- and third-party systems interact and integrate to address complex problems. The successful candidate for this role also has demonstrated experiences in designing and building generative AI (LLM) solutions that are used in production environments. This role is based in Memphis, TN, but can be remote. At most 25% travel may be required. Responsibilities Drive requirements gathering sessions with customers Analyze and understand business/technical objectives Evaluate applications and platforms for fitment to customer objectives Create solution architectures across multiple clouds, particularly Azure and GCP (ideally including AWS) Create solution architectures inclusive of both API and frontend components Select the correct cloud services for each component of an application Create strategy for ensuring efficient and secure data exchange among clouds and cloud services Ensure proposed solution meets or exceeds technical, security, performance, cost, operational and resilience requirements Design load-balancing strategy to meet scale-up and scale-down scenarios Effectively present and defend design decisions/proposal to internal and external stakeholders Design solutions involving generative AI (LLMs) and integration with other systems, both first- and third-party Design effective strategies for testing and monitoring of applications, inclusive of the full development stack Guide teams on implementation and deployment of software Act independently and as part of a team as a trusted advisor Establish key standards and practices for software development and architecture Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are being followed Requirements 12+ years of software development experience, ideally including both scripting languages and one of Java or C# 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, including at least Azure and GCP solutions Demonstrated expertise in cross-platform solution architecture and implementation Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing enterprise solutions that perform at high scale (at least 100,000 users monthly) Experience in building integrated solutions using generative AI (LLMs), including bringing those implementations to production Demonstrated experience in consulting, including driving technology and architecture discussions with customers, particularly for full-stack solutions Past experience in platform/application evaluation and recommendation Practical knowledge of security principles, including OAuth Practical knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices, as well as Agile practices Exceptional communication skills, capable of interacting with technology and business SMEs Bachelors degree in a STEAM field or equivalent experience #ConcentrixCatalyst Location: USA, TN, Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Physical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
