Remote Call Center Representative

RemX is looking for Call Center Reps for our healthcare client. Location: Remote, must be in the Homestead area... Pay: $17/hr and $18/hr for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) Start: 10/21/2024 Hours: Multiple different shifts available between 10am-11pm (Will require at least ONE WEEKEND DAY) Title: Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities: • Inbound calls only • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance Requirements: • 1 year of customer service experience with the same company • High School diploma • Goal-driven and detail oriented For immediate consideration, please email your resume to [email protected] with the subject as "South Miami".
