Customer Success Representative No Calling (Entry Level / No Experience)
As a customer success representative, you will be the first point of contact for customer questions, requests, feedback, complaints, or any other needs. You will be charged with managing relationships between clients and the company. As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesss website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Rate: $35 per hour. Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
